OPULENCE BROW & BEAUTY POLICY:
Please make sure you are completely satisfied with the outline before the procedure begins and completely satisfied with the outcome of the procedure before your appointment is over. If corrections need to be made once your appointment is over, you must wait 8 weeks minimum until skin is fully healed.
Photos of your eyebrow region only taken before during and after your procedure may be posted on our website and your technicians social media outlets for marketing purposes only. We have rights to any pictures taken.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
**IF YOU ARE 10 MINUTES LATE, A LATE FEE OF $25 WILL BE DUE UPON YOUR ARRIVAL BEFORE SERVICE BEGINS. AT 25 MINUTES PAST THE HOUR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. A $50 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT AS WE WILL NOT**
Two consecutive cancellations, service will be refused, and deposit forfeited.
A second session is recommended 6-12 weeks out (depends on cosmetic received) from the initial procedure to ensure desired final results. Second session pricing will be determined based on the time frame you return, and MAY not be included in your initial procedure price. Please review website for pricing. On a rare occasion, a client may need a third or fourth session (depends on cosmetic received) due to having a skin type that is more resistant.
PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT:
A client health form MUST be filled out to ensure skin is in good condition before receiving any treatment.
This will be required when scheduling consultation, or booking appointment.
FEES:
Due to our high demand in service, consultations are performed the day of procedure. Clients who prefer a consultation prior to procedure date, there will be a $50 consultation fee required at the time CONSULTATION appointment is scheduled. Fee is NOT applied to service value.
After Consultation, when client decides to book appointment for procedure, $150 deposit or promotional value if booking during promotion - will be required at that time.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Fees (excluding consultation & prepaid deposits) will be applied to service value.
Remaining balance of service fee will be due on the day of procedure. Unless booking during promotion. Promotional value will be due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
As these appointments take considerable time, we require 48 hours of notice to reschedule an appointment.
Please contact us if you are not able to make your appointment or if you are running late. We understand unforeseen circumstances happen and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All deposits are Non-refundable; however transferable to a future date or service.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS:
The deposit will automatically be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment. This means the Non-Refundable deposit is no longer transferable to another service or future date. Rescheduling within 30 days option is not available and may be subject to a "No Appointment Block List" for this type of irresponsibility.

CONSULTATIONS:
Consultations will be performed same day right before procedure to determine how to achieve the desired brow look, whether it is obtainable after the first visit or if it will be a process. Client Health & Consent Forms MUST be completed prior to consultation.
If you desire a consultation visit prior to your appointment, schedule a consultation. There will be a $50.00 fee for consultations prior to procedure. The fee will NOT be applied to service value.
Nevertheless, we are more than confident our certified and highly trained specialists will grant guaranteed satisfaction.
PERMANENT COSMETIC RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED:
We cannot guarantee 100% successful results to our clients because everyone's skin takes in permanent makeup differently.
There are many factors that affect the healing process that we have no control over (i.e. how you take care of your semi-permanent cosmetic, how your skin heals and retains pigment, skin type, lifestyle (health issues, sun exposure, medication intake, etc.). There is absolutely no guarantee with healed results.

A touch-up is required to achieve optimal healed results. The use of cosmetic products MAY still be required to achieve your desired look.
