We offer Non-Laser Tattoo Removal ONLY for the eyebrow region for cosmetic correction. This is to remove previous Cosmetic Permanent Makeup or Tattoos that are not flattering, and provide a tattoo cover up with a natural brow enhancement.
The tattoo removal process is a reversal method to applying a tattoo. The professional goes back into the dermis layer of the skin using a tattoo removal solution which pulls the pigment implanted into the skin back to the surface! After the treatment the skin usually is pink similar to what the skin looks like after a cut has healed after pink the skin goes back to its original color. For body tattoo it could take four to six treatments. For permanent makeup tattoos up to three treatments is usually necessary.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED? WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Non-Laser Tattoo Removal cosmetic procedure is lightens tattoos and/or removes dependent upon the depth of pigment or tattoo ink inserted into the tissue.
This procedure has had results for some clients with a minimal of three sessions, but these results vary as each individual's skin type differs.
Most tattoos will seem lighter with the removal after one treatment. Generally, with just a few treatments you will see significant results. Some tattoos have been removed with one or two treatments. Other removals take a few more sessions. Again, there is no way of knowing what type of ink or how much and how deep the ink was put into your skin and skin types vary, so there is NO GUARANTEE on how many treatments will be needed to achieve satisfactory results.
This non-laser removal technique will lighten or remove most colors of any tattoo. Many colors are not removed with laser and clients seek this treatment to remove the remaining tattoo.
HOW DOES THE NON-LASER METHOD WORK?
We use topical anesthetics before and during the procedure for your comfort. We are able to use a similar process as when you received your permanent makeup or tattoo. The removal product is inserted and applied to the tattooed skin. After the allotted time, the area is thoroughly cleaned and bandaged.
HOW LONG BETWEEN EACH TREATMENT?
We have to wait 8 weeks in order for skin to get strong enough for us to do another session if we enter into the skin to quickly the skin will break open easily and cause more trauma to area. We do encourage waiting longer in between treatments. The body is very smart if we keep traumatizing the same area it will no longer respond by kicking out the color. The longer you wait the more effective each treatment is.
HOW IS THIS PROCEDURE PERFORMED?
A certified technician will enter the area similar to the same way that the tattoo was done. We work at putting the solution into the skin instead of ink and as the area heals this solution pulls pigment to the surface and as it heals the color sheds as healing.
HOW PAINFUL IS IT?
We do numb you which most people did not get during the original procedure. We will always stop and can numb more if it is too uncomfortable, everyone's pain level of discomfort is different. We listen and try to make you as comfortable as possible during the service. The actual treatment time is 45 minutes.
HOW WILL MY SKIN LOOK AFTER THE TREATMENTS?
It is different for everyone some people heal great and the skin color returns quickly. Others hyperpigment or hypopigment which leaves the skin without color but can be lighter or darker then one's natural pigmentation.
HEALING:
Afterwards you should be very careful as this is an open area of skin. You have to treat this as an open cut and protect it from infection. As scabs form pigment will come off but do not pick this can cause infection. You want to leave it alone and wait for the scabs to fall off once they are ready. You should avoid sun as it can cause more scarring. You will receive aftercare instructions.
